Unified Fitness Program Overview    
Unified Fitness consists of three phases (physical, immunological and mental) of six easy-to-learn exercises leading to self-healing, disease prevention, and health maintenance. Of course, we also include suggestions for a healthy diet. In 35 days, you will learn how to keep your body toned, limber, and capable of channeling the immune system to improve everyday health for your entire lifetime.

Unified Fitness is laid out day-by-day and step-by-step, so you progress steadily at your own pace, learning each part before moving on to the next:
